I failed the level 3 workout... I don't know what to do should i keep tryng it over and over till I pass it perfect then move on? Or should I just just start at level 1 btw I skip 1 and 2 Cuz I thought it was too easy. I can do about 6 perfect pull ups and 30 push ups and 6 dips. Any suggestions?
Don't be discouraged when failing a level, you're meant to fail, that's how you grow. Start at level 1 or 2 and work your way up. If you pass a level, move on to the next one. If you get to one which you can't complete or fail, simply drop a couple levels and work your way back up.

Schlager is right, although I would recommend going back to level 2 and alternating between levels 2 and 3 until you can get up to level 4. Muscle soreness will almost always be there so don't sweat it. Go hard on the exercises, don't make it easy for yourself. Ofcourse it'll get hard and you'll fail, but that's the point. Good luck!
