So you started when you were 16? Me too, but not this program. I started calisthenics at 16, back in November of 2015. I was working out at home with no programs, only what I came up with, and in my basement and bedroom. I built a pull bar in my basement out of spare steel pipe, I did dips on two sawhorses in the garage, Australian pull ups using my desk and bench dips on my dresser. I got really creative with it and it was really fun. I had very satisfying results in strength gain over that three month period while just doing what I came up with. I remember going from 10 push-ups to 30, and 1 pull up to 10 in three months and it was exciting. This lasted for 3 months and I still to this day don't know why I stopped. I love calisthenics because I like the idea of having control over my body. Seeing Chris's transformation video, other street workout videos, and everybody in this community's commitment to this motivated me to get back into it. I found this program and I'm excited to have something to go by that I know works and is a great and fun program. I started calisthenics back up again about two months ago on level 6. Now I'm on level 11 and I'm preparing for the muscle up, one of my goals. I used to havie diet problems but now I've cleaned my diet up very well and things have been going great. My bfp went from 21.3% to 15.8% in a few months. I am very happy with this program and my journey thus far. Only a couple of my friends know that I'm doing body weight only (they lift weights) but most people have no idea that I'm even working out. It will be a nice surprise when summer comes 😉. Well that's my story, everyone keep it up and keep grindin!!!
