Should i do cardio? I'm an ectomorph with some fat in my stomach, I'm planning to be working out 1 day and rest in the other till Friday. Should I do cardio in sunday?
That's entirely up to you. Don't do it to burn fat though, since you are bulking you'll need to eat up the calories you burned in your cardio sessions. Cardio is great for gaining condition and improving your cardiovascular health. Don't do cardio too much since, like I said before, you're bulking. Always remember to eat up the calories you just burned off! Good luck!
