Hey guys im at level 6 and in ive realized that in the dip section ive been doing 8 reps 1st set 6 reps in the 2nd 4 in the 3rd what i mean is that i just drop reps in the next set. What should i do? Should I finish them in bench dips or negative normal dips???
Do everthing you can every set and do the rest negatives until you get to 8reps and then wait and to the next set
so for example: 1 set 8 reps 2 set 6 reps and 2 negatives 3 set 4 reps and 4 negatives.....
Yup you should do negatives, bench dips is mainly triceps (little bit of shoulder), regular dips are chest triceps and shoulder and are harder so you should do the negatives of it since it's training the same muscles.
