Hi Everyone,
I am a 14 year old weighing 56kg and 165 cm tall. I have a pretty high fat percentage at 19%.
I consume around 2500 calories and eat all healthy. I have cut sugar and and reduced junk food to maximum once or twice a week and eat about 130g of protein everyday.
i am currently at level 11 in the workout program and seem to have increased in strength and mass, it cannot be seen properly as a layer of fat covers it.
Can you anyone please guide me to reduce my fat. i believe that if i go calorific deficit, then my growth will get affected?
What are your thoughts?
Please share How i can burn my FAT and get ripped.
