Hey everyone, so ive decided to quit calisthenics unity, ive decided to do that because for the last 3-4 month I wasnt getting any results in strength or in size, but the main reason is that after 6 month of working out I still cant do the pull up, so im not going to quit calisthenics completely, im just going to get a different calisthenics workout program. All of you in the forum help me allot with any thing I asked so thanks about that.

First of all, farewell Yam. I wish you luck finding a program better than this one. It's gonna be hard to do so. Second, you don't have to leave the forums if we can help you out. Thirdly, why do you think you haven't been able to get the pull-up? It certainly can't be the program since even Manuel's wife is getting better at them. I think the reason is motivation. But that's just my opinion. Good luck!
she only does 1-2 trainings per week, but gets stronger so fast. she is at 1 wide pull up, 2 pull ups, 3 chinups and 3 dips right now. all in very clean form!
