When we do regular push ups, the strength are coming from our triceps, chest depends on the way how u do it, when I do it it kinda feels like only my deltoid are working, the others are working too I know, but every time I get tired cuz of my deltoid part, this means I have to more focus on my other muscle group of my arm, Or it means my deltoid are too weak.
pushups work your front delts too bud
and to work your arms more, just make sure your hands are closer together and that your elbows are tucked to your sides and not flaring out when doing pushups.
It's more likely that your deltoids are weak. Are you an ectomorph?
But as I mention in a few of the videos, you can actually choose to focus on different muscle groups in different exercises, but it might look completely identical when you do it. Like if you push the ground together with your hands when you do push ups, you'll hit your chest more. I'll make a more in depth video about that at the premium site too, it's a good question! hope it helped

I noticed that I have problems to get a nice angle (90 degrees )
With my arms.
I also have the feeling that my neck soreness comes from not doing the push ups correctly.
I really want to make sure that I'm doing them correctly.
