Usually around 2 and a half to 3 hours, depending on the level. You could do super sets in the sense of do 2 exercises in one set. Like you do 10 pull ups and 12 hanging leg raises without rest and you rest after you finish the reps. That's what I do sometimes.
Can I set 4 exercises in one set?
Like 1 for pull, push, legs and core.
Sure if you feel like it. You are free to finish the workout however you like as long as you do the required sets & reps of each exercise.
earlier i had about the same duration as gligor and in my opinion this is too long.
so i put the leg part in my rest/stretching/skill day. now the routine lasts about 2 hours which is ok by me.
Around an hour. I do splits, so it's push and legs one day and pull and core the next day. I also do 2 exercise(ex. 1 pull-1 core) per set. So I finish faster.
I used to do an hour and half or two hours workout full body I don't rest much, but looking at what people said I think I might be doing things wrong, in the summer I used to do sometimes 6 hours workout it was a mistake I killed all the gains, but now I do from 6:30-8
