Is it normal sometimes to not feel sore the next day right after a workout?
Because i know that i felt a good burn when doing the workout but usually when i gym (i used to do weights at the gym) id be noticeably sore the next day, but as soon as i started calisthenics its not as noticeable. Is this normal? I did the workout straight to the letter and did everything with good form, except with wide pullups because i struggle a bit with that.
Thanks
I'll make a video about that! But in short: Yes don't worry, its your body getting used to be working out. Only a good sign!
Maybe it's because you aren't at a high enough level yet. I, for example, didn't get sore the day after the workout at level 1 2 and 3. Only at level 4 I felt soreness, but only in my chest. "im trying the best I can to do max in most exercises"
