Hey guys! I'm working out with the FBW program and it's great! But I want to learn new moves like the handstand, is it good to train it early? (Lvl4 currently) or should I master the basics and then train the handstand?
Pd. I can hold it for about 20 seconds on a wall maybe more

practise it in the beginning of your workouts before the sets/reps stuff! :)
