Chris do you take any supplements or protein shakes
That's actually a good question! I don't know if he does and I actually wouldn't doubt if he did. Supplements are not bad as people might think. I take omega 3's, glucosamine(for tendon and ligament recovery, I need this from a health standpoint), and I'm about to start taking MyProtein whey protein and whey isolate. Since I'm freaking tired of eating chicken and tuna for the last 14 months straight! Btw, MyProtein is rated #1 in the World! But yeah, I'm also curious as to whether Chris takes supplements or not...
i eat very healthy, but getting enough protein, without eating too much meat (also from an ethical standpoint) i find very hard. i also take whey protein, when my protein intake is insufficient.
