I've been doing the program and I'm on level 13 (yet to do) but I've been away for a week and wasn't able to workout. Should I move down 2-3 levels

try level 13 if u cant do it go back 2-3 levels.Salute!
Oh good I found somebody that's somewhat close to me. Hey man, if you remember, what was it like when you first did level 11? I did the push perfectly. For pull, I did all of the around the clock chin-ups but I could not complete the chin ups. So I went down a couple levels. What did you experience around this area?
Hey man, I remember that I could do the chin up around the clock perfectly but i struggled with the rest of the pull exercise. But you gotta brake the barrier and push yourself. But I did find it difficult. But be the best you can be!!!
Oh of course, I'm doing level 10 tomorrow and then level 11 again the next time. Did you get them the second time?
Level 11 was my whole summer, trained for 2-3 month only on level 11
