What muscles do they work on? Most of the time when I finish my sets and reps my arms are dead (tired) my biceps are pump and feel lIke I did alot of china ups etc. Are they suppose to work back muscle? I'm I doing them wrong?
The australian pull ups works your biceps and LATS, focus on that, remember to retract your scapula and pull controlled and slowly, MIND TO MUSCLE remember that! Try to squeeze your lats and back, good luck!
