If i was to do cardio on the same day as a workout should i do it right after the workout or wait to do it later during the day. Or should I do it on my rest days?
My recommendation would be to do it on your rest days. Buuuuuut, that all depends on your goal. Are you an ectomorph? Do you want to build muscle? Then you need to go on a bulk, around 500 caloric surplus and don't do cardio(at least intense). The only reason that's justifiable for doing cardio when bulking is cardiovascular health. Other than that, don't do it.
I'm a mesomorph and I want to get to 12% body fat (I'm at 15.8%).
How big are you(weight and muscle)? I think it'll be alright for you to do cardio on your rest days.
