I work out at home and dont have a bar like that to do them, is there a good sub for them or an easy homemade way to make the bar?
if you have a home pull up bar or anywhere else where you could hang up rings, you could use the rings for australians! :)

Or you can use a table, do them underneath. Or if you have a pull-up bar, elevate your feet with a chair or a high stool or find something to elevate them on.

My best advice is get a very strong resistance band - this is what I did personally at the start.
