Ok so, I started my journey of Calisthenics in December 2016. Ive seen awesome results, but im only having a problem on my weekly routine. When i first started i literally had more than enough time to keep working out since the levels were much shorter. Im in Level 18 already, but since level 15 i started splitting the levels because they were just to long for me to complete in one day. I want some suggestions from people that have been doing Calisthenics for a while now, on how and what i can do to fix this issue or suggestions on what to do since i cant do a full body level in one day. I do max reps on every workout, try to do my best on them, but they are getting way to long for me to finish. So what i did after Level 15 is i do Push and Pull one day and the next day i do core and legs and no rest in between them after im done with those 4. Any suggestions or help i could get on this would be more than appreciated.

I've been doing Calisthenics since December 2015. I've completed 1 year with this program as well. I suffer from the same problem you do. Here are several suggestions.
Example 1:
Monday: Push or Pull + Core or Legs
Tuesday: Opposite of Monday
Wednesday: Same as Monday
Thursday: Same as Tuesday
Friday: Same as Monday
Saturday: Same as Tuesday
Sunday: Rest
Or
Example 2:
Monday: Push and Pull or Core and Legs
Tuesday: Opposite of Monday
Wednesday: Same as Monday
Thursday: Same as Tuesday
Friday: Same as Monday
Saturday: Same as Tuesday
Sunday: Rest
Or
Example 3:
Monday: Either Monday of Example 1 or 2
Tuesday: Tuesday of the Example you chose on Monday
Wednesday: Rest
Tuesday: Same as Monday
Friday: Same as Tuesday
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest
My reccomendation would be either Example 1 or 2. Unless your doing a very high intensity(overload) workout routine, I would not recommend using Example 3. I hope I helped. Best of luck! 💪🏼
