Hey guys, i have just been through the level 1..its pure awesomeness..the best part is the program is level wise..keeps you looking forward to your next workout day..I have been to the gym before doing the weights exercise, i had to always keep myself motivated to go to the gym,when i got to know about calisthenics i knew this was the right and long term way to keep fit,And seeing chris working out i was even more inspired..Buying his program has been the right thing to do,Since i always wanted someone to guide me as to what to do next and how to progress with each passing day..Now chris and his program exactly helps you do that...i have been slim and fit all through but lately i have been easily gaining fat around my belly and thts really annoying..i have been eating healthy food after starting this program and looking forward to making it my lifestyle...iam sure anyone who takes this program and worksout with dedication can achieve wonders.Looking forward to level 2.
