Hello Chris, I recently bought your Full Body Workout Program. I started with level 6. The program is really awesome.
I have some questions, however. Can I workout every day with 1 or 2 rest per week, or do I absolutely have to workout every second day to get optimal results? Also, if it's best to workout every other day, what would you suggest me to do on rest days, in terms of staying active (ie: cardio, light workouts, etc.)?

You can do cardio on your rest days although most times I'd just recommend resting and stretching. And no, you don't have to do full body workouts all the time. You can do splits if you like. Like Push and Pull one day and Legs and Core on the next. Or push and legs on one day and pull and core on the next. Whatever suits you best. Good luck!
