I can only seem to do muscle ups with my wrists on top of the bar? I can't just have a normal grip and rotate? It is very annoying as I can only do a few reps as wrists on top of the bar is hard to maintain. Anyone help!???
Well, this is a common problem for muscle ups. I'd recommend wrist above the bar for beginners. Although you should be working to get the wrist rotation down. Kip up when doing muscle ups. Remember, muscle ups is a timing exercise. Find the correct form, practice it, master it.
