How do I upload a pic in the forum

Hey guy ..so iam on week 2 and still on level one..I want to upload my pic here on the forum..can anyone help me to know how to do this ??

I think you have to copy and paste it, that will defeenetly work, but if you are on the handy it maybe gets harder.
