So, I can do 13 Pull ups by now and I want to learn muscle ups now so I can progress in christians program.
Do you have any specific tips? I will do like straight bar dips, explosive pull ups, band muscle ups and so on

That's pretty much it! Straight Bar Dips, Explosive Pull-ups, Tigerbend & Shuttle Push-ups, Band Muscle Ups............yep! That's pretty much it! Most important thing is practice. Remember this is a timing exercise. Find the form, practice it, master it. Good luck!
P.S. Wrist Rotation is the Key!
