Hi everyone..so I know Chris does not advice on suplements and stays on natural source of protien..but here is my problem I am a vegetarian and I don't know from where to derive my daily dose of protein from..so I was thinking of getting whey standard gold from optimum nutrition..and taking one scoop of it after workout..let me know about your thoughts on this guys
eat eggs but only the white thing if u eat like more than 6-7 but if u eat 3-4 whole eggs its ok.You can search in internet

Milk, yogurt, beans, lentils, tofu, and nuts also work
Alright brother, I feel you. Take whey protein, vegan or vegetarian. Just make sure you take one scoop after the workout and if necessary(ectomorph) one before sleeping. A person shouldn't even begin to consider supplements until he's had some good time of training and has a good solid diet(nutrition plan). Supplements are great if you know how to use them. Supplements are like weights. They are hated mostly because of their mis-use and their abuse thereof. So weights and supplements are not entirely wrong(I say entirely because some of them are pure bullshit), in fact they can be marvelous. Again, IF YOU KNOW HOW TO USE THEM PROPERLY. Good luck!
Hey thanks guys for your feedback...well Daniel iam a vegetarian..so I do have dairy products..and yes iam only taking whey after my workout and iam not taking it on rest days...well I have been training on an off from years now. But this time iam really trying to feel that till I don't make this my lifestyle rather then just trying to build abs or a good physique it's never gonna come...and even if I achieve my goal of getting lean I will have to continue to keep working out..so it's better to keep a goal but with a back set that you will have to always make new goals to always keep going....well I have been natural and only natural in terms of foods..cosmetics or anythin related to health and body..I am really scared of anythin that's packed or made in factories..that's the key reason why I made this topic as I wanted to be really sure before taking whey...I have shared my pic with a link so please have a look at it Daniel ....will look forward to your feedback
