Hi Cris , I will do on Tuesday level 17. I'm delighted with the program but I think the progression to the one arm chin up could be little more progressive. That is, there are days I get the hold ( 2sec ) and other days not . Don't you think that could be improved that progression in the program?
for example :1) One arm extended hold
2)One arm negatives
3)one arm hold (top) assisted
4)One arm hold
