Mostly Ive been having issues on how to breath when working out my abs,I give in quicker because i cant manage to get full breaths same as in the other movements.thanks
Breath in in the contracting part. Breath out in the eccentric part. It's tough but it'll help you get straight abs instead of bloated abs.
The bloated abs are because of the brathing?
Among other causes, yes. Other causes may be a full stomach(this is temporarily though), bad posture, or inflammation of other organs. Fixing your posture and nutrition(eating foods that don't irritate any internal organs) as well as your breathing may help fixing the bloated abs look. Although we should also take in consideration the fact tht some may acquire this look because of a full stomach or simply because of genetics.
P.S. Steroids also do that........lol.
