Okay, you're literally sharing the same transformation as me haha, but like Alteo said don't worry. I was very confused when my cousin could do only 7 pull ups but he could do the muscle up. First things first, not everyone will progress the same - genetics take a big part, current weight takes a big part, the heavier you are the harder it's going to be to explode over the bar, and I was 15-20kg heavier than him at that time. I've been working out hard since September-October, technically a bit earlier but I'd have like 4 workouts per month because of my stupid injury I had, so I'm not really counting those workouts. Anyway, like I said weight takes a huge factor, and I believe you were overweight right? If I remember correctly you shared a thread with another dude and you said you want to lose fat? Or was it the other dude. Either way, if you have bit more fat mass (which usually means you will have more muscle mass), I believe that's one huge factor that's keeping you (me as well) from explosive movements like the muscle up. I know I have the pull strength & explosiveness as I can do a full front lever raise and a bit of a hold, as well as can pull up to about my belly button, just above it. So I think it's either my triceps strength I'm lacking or the technique (I'm sure it's the technique). What I've been doing is doing the levels either skipping the muscle up - which I know is bad, or doing a completely different Push portion in order to strengthen my triceps (something like bodyweight tricep extensions, I'm not doing them on the ground [tigerbend push ups] because they hurt my wrist and elbow), something like lvl 16 Push would be ideal for the tricep strength. Dude don't worry seriously, I used to give in my negative feelings and ended up on a few binge days in a row because of it. One factor key to remember: it's a round motion, that's what I think I'm getting wrong, I start in a round movement but I don't continue the round movement, so might be a lack of technique or tricep strength or both haha. It doesn't matter how long it takes man, what matters is: look at the start, look at the past, what matters is that you are better than you were. Always find a way to comfort yourself, I can't do the muscle up but I couldn't do pull ups in the start, it will get better with time, no one rushes you, I don't care if you wanna make a transformation video, delay it if needed.
