Hey Chris, so i mastered the handstand push up, i can do a lot or reps with perfect form... whats next? i tried it on paralettes/parallels but i cant to even one!! is there an easier progression? what would you suggest to keep pushing my calisthenics ?
Isometric Handstand Pushups. Slow down, explosivo up! Try isometrics a for any exercise that's become too easy for you. One arm push-ups, one arm pull-ups, and pistols squats are great as well. If that's too easy for you, apply isometrics to them as well. And add weight to regular exercises like pull-ups(and different variations of it), push-ups(and different variations of it), dips(and different variations of it), squats and calf raises, and even some core exercises.
