I had to stop and restart after messing up and not being able to stick as I had lots of work. Back on it now. Level 1 = Completed yesterday.

Cheers man! thanks for the motivation. Killed level 2 today, stayed really long on the pullup holds(like 20 seconds go down come back up(3-5seconds break)) and then all others were good.

Done an 18 mile run and 6 150 meter sprints flat out so i am gonna rest today maybe just do like 100 pushups as fast as I can or something - (quick workout). Ill be hitting level 3 tomorrow

havent updated sorry guys - did level 3 and failed because i was so tired with 7sec pushups so i did level 2 today it was alright and i hit level 3 on tuesday i wont be as tired for sure

Tbh man I have been struggling with self motivation. Idk if it's sleep or just results not how I want them to be. Idk how to burn fat around all my muscles so they get more toned.

Did Chris' workout today in premium for back and biceps, I won't reveal any details but rest times were for me were, 60sec, 60 sec(did pullups instead), 60 sec, 40 sec and then no rest
Did level 5, it was alright ;), not too bad but the wide Australians were pretty easy in comparison with regular Australians (which burn loads) for me. the handstand hold was fun too. The calf raises were the worst and burpees get your heart rate up so fast. The abs workout was ok, I went slow on the flutter kicks and squeezed on the heel touches.
Level 6, which I did yesterday, was a lot harder! I did negative muscle ups(not very well), I went straight down. After that I did 4 sets of tiger bend pushups and then did the workout (overall push was really tough). the pullups was tough too, and then it killed when I did Australians. The leg workout was really intense and then abs was alright (better than level 5). Overall two decent workouts
