Whenever I do dips my collar bone seems to hurt, I am not sure if it is because I lack the strength to do it or because my form is awful, anyway I have watched Chris' video over and over yet I cant seem to get it right, if anyone else struggled with this and has any tips they will be happily received!
Practice Bench Dips and Negative Dips. Make sure your getting the form right, that might be slowing down your performance. Focus on form and mind to muscle connection. Dips are tough for beginners and muscle pain or even in the collar bone is normal for beginners. Keep working on it and don't lose hope, good luck!
