I was just wondering what to do after I've finished the program? How to plan out my new workouts etc? And another question is, how do YOU plan out your training now? Do you have a Weekly schedule that you have made with exercises and so on?
I think many people are wondering about the same thing! Anyways, keep up the great work! Such an inspiration!
