Hello, so after mastering lvl 25 of the program i decided to train with rings and use some custom gymnastic excersises... my question is, how many reps is better for strength.. 6 or 8? im doing 3 sets per excercise. Thanks!
for just increasing strength, i do up to 5 reps per set. if the dips get too easy, just go wider! doing bulgarian dips is also a good progression to prepare the shoulders for the iron cross. well, some day....in a few years :D
