I would like to know if I should run for more than half an hour eveyday I have workout or run one day per week (and how much for only one day). Any recommendation Chris?

I think that's a good amount too. If you want to keep a good cardiovascular health. However if you want to burn fat, I'd say increase the volume. Volume = Intensity-Time-Days. But yeah, like Chris said, it's really your choice! 💪🏼
