Hmm its funny because the reason i do full body workouts is because i don't have time to do splits. If you do that you gotta workout everyday. Then your body don't get the rest it deserves - yes in the muscle groups, but then again not really because you use many of the same muscle groups when you do exercises in calisthenics, and i would get sooo tired of working out everyday.
No exercises are isolated like in weight lifting. But of course you can do it, if it works for you! I just think it makes no sense to spend 20 minutes on legs thursday when you could mix it with pull once youre already working out you might aswell do as much as you can, and then rest on friday for instance.
I've always done full body workouts because I prefer that, but if this works for you, the definitely go for it! No right and wrong here ;) hope that helped
