For the past year the basic bodyweight exercises had lacked challenge.I had been doing diffrent variations. These aswell have become too easy and ive been ignoring the fact that they've had very little strenght improvements anymore.I was wondering how i could possibly add more of a resistance.Thank you
Alright brother, your ready for the big thing now. Well, first you should be able to do handstand push-ups, one arm push-ups, muscle ups(personal recommendation), pistol squats, and around 12-15 wide pull-ups. These, for me, are ofcourse my recommendation. Once you can do those, start with the basics. Push-ups, pull-ups, dips, and squats. Start at 5 kg and start making your way up until you reach that 8-12 rep range. Hope I helped! Good luck!
P.S. Keep practicing one arm push-ups, handstand push-ups, and pistol squats. Also, when your doing exercises(with or without weight) try doing isometrics. That means down slow, up explosive!
