Hi, i just started calisthenic and followed your program about a month and everything was going well, workout good, gains was there but recently i found out that when i reach the lower part body of the workout which is the leg part i could not progress. Im currently at level 12 of the programme. My upper body is able to do all the excercises and able to progress to the next level but when it comes to the leg i cant do any of the exercises so everytime reach the leg part i would do the level 8 and level 9 leg exercises instead. i cant do any pistol squat or whatsoever. Can you suggest what could i do to make my leg progress well like my upper body? Pleaseeeeeeee help thanksss
