Hi guys I wanted to ask if it's a bad idea to remove legs from my workouts, as later by training takes me too long and I don't want to do the splits.
Hahaha bro, what are you talking about?! First of all you don't need our permission to take legs out of your workout. But since you asked for our opinion, I think it's a horrible idea. You need to be proportionate(leveled). You don't want to look like SpongeBob now do you?? I'd recommend doing Leg on your rest days. While your resting your upper body, your lower body can get moving. Good luck!
