Hi Chris
I had lunch an unhealthy lunch and more caloric today with my friends, it's like fast food, you recommend me i do cardio workout today, or a fat burning routine? or go for a run? What would you advise me?
Do skipping (jump rope) if you can, it burns a lot of calories, great exercise especially if you're looking to burn off fat. If you don't have access to a jump rope, I suppose going for a run also burns quite a ton, for the fat burning routine, your legs might shatter very fast, dude, just do SOMETHING rather than NOTHING haha.. Eating more than you 'think you should' every once in a while is okay, just don't do a lot.. :)
Thanks for response , i will do a running , i will do something than nothing :)
One more thing, i eat this unhealthy lunch at 01:00pm but i only can do train at night , i will can burn these calories i eat at 01:00pm?
I know i don't eat much unhealthy food :p
Well you eat daily for energy (which is calories), just like that 'unhealthly' lunch, it also gives you energy, digesting slowly but surely, if you sit doing nothing you will still burn calories (BMR - Basal Metabolic Rate), so I would say yes you will, if you ate more, maybe it won't be all from that unhealthy food, but you will use a lot of energy whilst running. Eating that junk food won't really make you fat if you exercise regularly and burn it out.. Good luck!
Yes , i started calisthenics 2 months ago , and i do 5 days workout and 2 days rest, i am very active :p
Thanks for help me.
And my weight is 59,kg i am skynny , i saw christian video and i decide make a change too
No problem, good luck on your journey bro, salute!
Thanks :p you too
Hi again
My train is at night , i dinner, and one hour and half i train , i want to know if when i finish the train i can only go to bed , after two hours , eat greek yougurt and go to bed? or as train is at night i have to go directly for bed?
I didn't quite understand.. Do you mean after you finish your workout, you can eat yogurt and directly go to bed? If Greek yogurt is a light meal, not too heavy like bread or something, then I think you can eat it.. I don't really know :) Hope this helps a bit
The answer is your body.
Every body is different and the best way to find out what it needs is that you listen to it.
If you are hungry then your body is trying to tell you that certain minerals are missing. I usually grab something fruity to eat when this happens.
Sometimes though your body is dehydrated and wants water. It can happen though that you have the feeling to be a little bit hungry. I usually have a big glass of water when I get that feeling during the night and I realize I'm not hungry any more. Anyway I would eat something after workout, or a smoothie, that makes it easier for your cells to take in and your digestive system can rest.
I dinner before my workout, and 1h30m later i train, +-1h30m , i want to know if i can after my workout eat proteins like tuna , and eat a banana. And after i eat this , two hours later , if i can eat greek yougurt and go to bed??
Waiting response
Thanks
Hey, sure I don't see a problem with that.
Your body needs proteins and other stuff all the time. To give it an extra boost you can do it right after your workout. But if you are shaky and you're still hungry than 2 hours till the next food would be too much for me.
Thanks :)
