Hey, what do you do when you are done with the 16 weeks?
It is not 16 weeks. You can use the program for years depending on your starting strength. The 16 week is just a schedule example of what happens when you fail a level, etc.
After level 30 you should have the knowledge of calisthenics as well as your own body so you will know what the next progressions are. Or you could re-do the workout program with extra weight on the basics or something like that.
