Ever since I started doing squats, wall sit and lunges, I have experienced a lot of knee pain and can only do 3 squats until I feel pain. Do you have any tips or should I rest? Any feedback is appreciated.

OK first as soon as you feel pain, stop whatever youre doing, and rest until its gone. Never train on injuries.
Knee pain can come because of bad form. It sounds like youre putting too much pressure on your knees. Remember to put the weight in your heel like i say in the tutorial.
