Is here anybody who take supplements like protein powder/creatine?
I consider begin with protein powder simply because my budget isn't big enough to get enough proteins from healthy foods and protein powder will make it cheaper for me.. Any thoughts?
Watch the supplements video from Athlean X. Now, personally, I'm 2 months into taking protein powder. Do you need it for gains? Not really. Look at Chris? He doesn't take anything. I did my first 14 months without protein shakes(you can watch my transformation video on YouTube at Be The Best You Can Be). I started taking protein for 3 reasons. 1. Most foods don't have all the 9 necessary amino acids to make a complete protein. Some protein shakes do. 2. I don't have the time or money to make the meals necessary for my diet(I take one shake, sometimes two, one post workout, one snack, per day). Supplements are supposed to be an extra to your already solid diet. If you don't have that, then DO NOT take supplements. 3. I had just gotten tired of eating tuna and chicken for 14 months straight and I had to switch it up. Besides, I don't feel that full anymore. So just make sure you have a good solid diet that you are consistent with and that your not mis-using or abusing supplements. Also, have the knowledge that supplements are not the answer or key to what your looking for. They'll just help you get there. Hope I helped and good luck!💪

Of course only reason why I will use supplements is because I don't have enough money for diet without them. But when my economy gets better I will replace suplements with healthy foods!
