Would you recommend replacing negative muscle ups with tiger-bend pushups?
Because my friend can do 5 muscle ups in 1 set but he finds it very hard to do a negative muscle up really slowly (at the transition part from over the bar to lower)
But i can do tigerbend pushups 10 of them, so do you recommend replacing all the negative muscle up exercises in the workouts with about 4 sets of 10 tiger bend pushups? for example at level 9
Because you mentioned before tigerbend is best for muscle up
