In this journey I will share my progress, and I will go hardest way with max reps and sets. People on forum said to me that it'll be harder to make max reps and sets when I get to the level which requires muscle ups , and I believe them since it's something they know from own experience.
But there is no need to focus so much about it since I'm on level 1 right now and there are a lot of months before I level up to LVL 13.
I've already trained yesterday and for 3 days ago and I can feel it in whole body. Yesterday I made 4x4 negative pull ups/ 6x5+max of australian pull ups/ 6x4 negative dips/6x5+max of regular push ups/15x4 squats/30sec x4 +max of wall sit/10x4+max of crunches/30x4+max of plank
So there is still long way before I can made 4x4 negative pull ups/ 10x5+max of australian pull ups/ 10x4 negative dips/10x6+max of regular push ups/20x6 squats/1min x4 +max of wall sit/20x10+max of crunches/1min x4+max of plank but since it's my goal to make max reps and sets for now I don't care if I'm stuck on this level couple months as long as I make just 1% progress it'll be enough to make me believe that it's realistic and that it's not waste of time.
