I have a quick question. How do you know if you failed. For example, if your doing an exercise but need to take a quick breather because you're getting tired but jump right back into it. Is that considered failing the workout?? Or is failing the workout when you can't do a single rep at all & you're burnt out??
For example, I was doing an ab exercise & after a certain number I was either cramping up or was getting tired & stopped for a breather. My breathers take like 30 seconds max, & then I jump right back into it. So would that be considered failing or is failing when you can't do a single rep anymore or you're burnt out??
