Hey! So ive started your program about 2 months ago and i had little problems !
First if i can complete for example level 8 (3-5 sets of 8-12 pull ups) but i can only do 5 sets of 8 pull ups instead of 5 sets of 12 should i go to the next level or try it until i can do the max (5 sets 12 reps)?
Also if i cant do one arm push ups ( i have a little shoulder problem and i cant really do them) does it really matter if i skip the exercice? Should i be replacing that exercice by something else?
Also ! During the weekends i cant really workout cause i dont have acess to the gym or anything what should i do? Do a few pushups at home or ??
Umm level 8 needs 3-5 sets 4-8 pull ups only, but you were taking it as an example okay..
The level is completed with minimum sets & reps, but it's good to push yourself, so if you do 5 sets of 8 pull ups you still finished it because minimum is 3 sets of 8 pull ups..
One arm push ups - What kind of shoulder problem do you have? Injury? Or is it a shoulder problem since you were born? If it's an injury I'll tell you to take a little break for it to heal, because it's better to skip 3-4 days to heal an injury, rather than making it worse and you need to skip 3-4 WEEKS for it to heal. And you can probably do negatives if you can do them, but I don't know if it's a good replacement.
At weekends, you can do most exercises at home, push ups, core, legs, you can do dips with 2 chairs (make sure they are the same height) just put some weight on them so they are sturdy, pull ups, I'm not sure about that one, some use doors but be careful if you do that..

Thank you! And its an injury since i was born! So i should replace it?
Probably but I don't know with what exactly, archer push ups maybe because it's kinda on one arm, it still might hurt your shoulder but I'm really not sure man..
