Hello, i started the cali unity workout a couple of weeks ago and i completed succesfully level 1 but i had a huge issue: the pain that came afterwards. Even thought im in a decent shape i havent been working out for more then a year and after completing my very first workout i had to stop for a week because of the pain i had all over my body. Since i dont wanna risk any injuries is there like a soft workout i can do for the first week or two just to get my muscles used to working out again?

Rest definitely. But you got to understand whether the pain is muscular or something else. If it's your tendons and ligaments that hurt then stop and rest for a bit(not too much though). If it's your muscles, then rest naturally. Your muscles will later get used to the training. It's common to ache if your a beginner(even if you're advanced). Just don't be soft on yourself but be careful. Good luck bro!
