Decided to hop on-board to calesthenics unity just today and signed up! Would appreciate a lot of feedback and comments!
1) I weigh around 65kg in the mornings, 170cm tall and I am 21 years old.
I'd like to ask if I am actually an Endo-Mesmo as what I've searched online. Here is a picture, if it helps.

I intend to get lean and be able to see a little definition in my chest and arms. As of now, I feel i've got a bit too much fat on the chest which I hate as I am not confident of wearing plain t-shirts. Please do suggest something for me!
2) Body Types and Macros?
I'm also wondering. Do they have a relation in them? For example an Endomorph should eat lesser carbs, higher fat and protein or am I okay to roll with a higher carb option as I feel these carbs give me a lot more energy.
The excel sheet is pretty sweet to follow, looking to cut with a calorie intake of 2000 calories a day. I could play around with the calories. Thing is I take a lot of carbs, struggle to find protein sources!
3) Just started today! A great start.
I completed day 1! but unfortunately I was not able to max out sets and reps for certain exercises! Had to improvise as it was thundering while I was working out. Am i okay to move on to level 2 or stick to level 1 till I am able to do the max reps and sets? Had a bad back injury (twas a suspected slipped disk by a few doctors but the last doctor determined I was too young and ignored it. still hurts but i am more careful) so I have been extra careful!
Hope all has been great for you guys!! Keep rockin! Please give me some tips and suggestions (eg: good foods to take if I do not have a shake, etc.. I need as much help as possible as I want to stay committed to this before I enlist in the compulsory 2 year conscription late this year..
