Hey all. I am 190cms tall, weigh about 81kgs (181lbs). bodytype : high metabolism one :P
SO, the link i am posting is of the pic i took on 3rd march.
So i started to work out in the beginning of March. Its my dream to do a muscle up tbh. since the v beginning i have been fascinated by muscle ups. so now to break it all, March 1- 10, i used to go to the GYM with an aim of burning as many calories i cud and initially i used to cycle, cross train and walk on incline mode of treadmill all in all for somewhere around 30 mins. and 20 mins of stretching. i could see the extra fat that i had going away by the end of 1st week itself.
march 10 - april 15, 20 mins of cardio and 30-40 mins of bodyweight exercises. My sole focus was on building hardcore stregth. initally i coudnt even do a single pull up. thats how weak i was, but then i used to do different variation of pushups everyday and now i can do around 6 pullups in one set and alternate sets of 10 clap push ups and 15 diamond pushps in one go. thats how i much have progressed in a month,
I NEEDED A PLAN, a goal. merely going to the gym and doing pushups and pullups wasnt helping as i had no vision on what i wanted to achieve,so for that i have purchased Christians plan and today morning i completed the second level very very easily. i hope that i will be able to clear all the levels and build enormous strength to ( some gains wont hurt either :P)

PS- HAVENT TOUCHED FREE WEIGHTS SINCE THE DAY I STARTED.
MY DIET HAS BEEN CLEAN AF. NO JUNK FOOD. EAT CHICKEN BREAST NEARLY EVERYNIGHT.
