Completed Level 1 to 10
Failed Level 11 three times!! :P Particularly, the Around the Clock Chin Ups and Chin ups, I could only get to 3-4.
Changed the Level 11 routine by replacing the Pull exercises with Level 7 Pull exercises and will work my way back up to Level 11 exercises (Went 4 Levels back on Pull only). I believe this approach will give good results too instead of doing a whole level again, this way the other group of muscles are consistently in progression.
Keep it up! Youre doing it completely the way its meant to.
