Hi Chris, i still dont can buy your program because i am a teenaager yet, but i will buy it.
I started my journey in 15 December 2015, 2 months ago untill now, i have trained on basics, but yet only same workout all day, only on monday and Friday i rest.
you think its anything wrong on do same workout everyday? PS: Sometimes i try push myself, and i do more reps
you want to do different workouts, otherwise your body will get used to it. With time it should also be harder and harder exercises, lower rest times, longer sets, more reps etc. otherwise you won't progress.
