When your doing your core. Do you tighten your core while doing the exercise
Yes! Very important to do so!
Could you explain why it is important please Daniel
1. It's essential/crucial for you to be able to perform the exercise properly.
2. The muscle becomes "more" activated and hence breaks(micro tears) and grows and becomes stronger.
3. It guarantees that your working out your core and not using stabilizer muscles to perform the exercises.
It's also important yo keep your core tight during pull ups and push ups as well. Your core I supposed to keep your body together and in the exercises I mentioned it's extremely important to remember about tightening your core so you don't hurt yourself and the exercises bring better effects that way
