I just became 77 kg without clothes ,and the exercices got harder now ,i feel the pull ups harder to do from before i became 77 kg,i dont think i gained fat,cant undetstand what just happened.My body needs to adapts to the more kilos or i need to start cuting pff.Lean bulking is imposible while i have fat.I dont know why those pull ups are so hard.I can do like 20+ perfect form dips in a row but the pull ups max 5-6 ....
Hey, can you send a pic? Btw, did you jump from 75 or 76 to 77? I don't understand. If you were working out all this time, your body should've gotten used to(adapted) to the extra weight. Slowly but surely. Other than that, just keep working hard and you'll be able to do them.
